Meet Your Coach

I’m an Underground Strength Gym coach and martial arts enthusiast with over a decade of experience. As a teenager, I made some poor choices that led me to a military-style bootcamp for young men up to age 25. The training was brutal tougher than what most soldiers volunteer for. I saw guys pushed to their breaking point, some fainting, others forced out for health reasons.

Through that experience, I discovered the power of discipline, resilience, and structure lessons that completely changed my life. Over the years, I’ve also studied ways to become more in tune with spirit and self learning how knowledge, breath, and mindful practice can heal both the mind and body.

I’ve faced my share of trials, and those challenges have shaped my purpose: to help others who are going through or have gone through hardship find strength, clarity, and confidence through movement, mindset, and consistency.

My mission is to help everyday people tap into that same power to build a stronger body, a calmer mind, and a more grounded spirit.
